The government has clarified that the recruitment process through the Public Service Commission (PSC) has not been suspended completely. Following decisions on administrative reform and civil service management made at a meeting of secretaries chaired by the Chief Secretary, the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM) has clarified confusion surrounding recruitment through the PSC. The meeting of secretaries held on Monday had decided that no new requests for permanent recruitment would be submitted to the PS
The guideline issued by the Ministry on July 17 stated that the procedures and directives for the budget implementation should be made public in website of the concerned bodies within a week.
